Our business policy ensures that we maintain a secure transaction process. Therefore, we do not send final products until payment is fully completed.

To maintain the integrity of our business, clients should be aware utilizing a product or a product that closely resembles ours may infringe upon copyright laws, potentially resulting in legal action taken by the business.

For on-site photography bookings, any damage to the business's equipment caused by the client or any individuals associated with the client must be financially reimbursed by the client, who will be held accountable. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

It is crucial for clients to honor the agreed-upon schedule to ensure a smooth workflow. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we kindly ask that clients notify the company promptly. Please note that clients may be responsible for reimbursing the company for any time allocated due to their oversight.

If the company is tardy to the scheduling the client will not be subjected to pay for the time not used.

All completed transactions are final. Once payment is processed and the final product is delivered, refunds will not be issued.
